I live in the country, and by the way mine is a man who drives a semi and is gone a lot! It has 9-10 dogs, your trailer all the time he left. The dogs were without food, and I am sure that no water! They have already begun to eat other animals. They meet as a pack and kill and eat. They came into my family and ate grass a newborn calf. Later that week, my aunt, uncle and cats and kittens. I know because I live in the country, there is not much to do. People actually sit in these dogs are bad! If you bite on foot or by bicycle through the addition of the legs with the full intention! I am sure they are correct vacinated! What can I do if? The sheriff says if I take tooDoes your property. There are no laws against animal cruelty? I am in Oklahoma. What can I do?

Situations like these really PI ** me. I've also killed - they are a threat to society and someone gets hurt by them before the boys good police force to do something. I know I was alive. Not in order, but in northern MN! Talk about a bunch of clowns. No human society that employs the police to chase drug dealers in the interstate and all the meth labs in the emerging markets worried about a pack of dogs.
Farmers and citizens have the right to protect their property ... This means that while these dogs threaten you, your family or your animals / living expenses, which are legally allowed to "do anything" (which is not entirely justified to shoot vermin, but it is closer than the officer, who spoke tor would be). He was a judge in our region not only market prices for the animals killed, which would be several generations of descendants of the value of money, too! May God bless you ... He grew up on a farm and had to pass.
I assure you that you call the sheriff and other law enforcement / animal control people how often problematic. Heck, call the newspaper or television or radio station and you do with ... Sheriff does not like the negative publicity and may be forced to act before someone gets hurt them! To ensure that calls are documented. You should call your animal control or ASPCA. NOW!
Since the police are shit (excuse the language). Report to the Humane Society / ASPCA (depending on who is at home). When they hear, not in a position to kill them .... intend to kill someone.

You should always check with your local animal. Also, I am sure that there are laws against cruelty. If your application of local law does not, please send the ASPCA (aspca.org) and the Humane Society of the United States (hsus.org). I would like peta.org) also PETA (. One of these organizations should be involved.
You're right that this is cruelty to animals. Leaving dogs without food and water is completely illegal and aggressive dogs are a problem. Just keep in touch with the authorities and get an answer. It seems that those serving time in prison until the end to be able to.
Please do something! Call now. There are laws against cruelty and the local police should not be exposed to the application.

I am in the west (or south?) In Texas. What we do here is a good contact with local authorities (on the report cruelty to animals) or a direct attempt to owners in case of failure comes after many attempts at contact, you can intervene.
Make sure that no closure of damage (in the vicinity or adjacent devices) made for dogs.
Always try to contact the owner, (bearing in mind that you will provide support for the survival, dogs) are being designed to not "attached" to the homeless.
They are supporting a source of nutrition until you can get the owner's permission to intervene, too.
